Ralph led the Regional Wildfire and Insurance Symposium at Black Rock Mountain Resort on July 15. It was attended by a full house in the Black  Rock Conference Center anchored by Utah Insurance Commissioner Jon Pike, federal and state representatives, and fire officials from the state and Wasatch and Summit Counties.
